The Saints have always been a perennial powerhouse at the Masters level of competition for several years and finally championship gold is theirs.
In semi-final action the Saints defeated the Toronto Jaguars 2-1, while the York Express upended the Metro Devils in overtime 3-2 to advance to the gold medal game. In the tournament final, the Saints would score early and carried the momentum throughout en route to a 4-0 win.
