Oshawa Bruins
A combination of Durham Bulls, Hanet Hawks and Team Pickering, the Bruins have tried to keep their team together for the past 5 years, but due to injuries and other commitments the team has never been totally together until now. The team is built around the strong goaltending of Andrew `Chevy` Platt and Matt Thopmson who always keep this team in games. They have recently named Jordan Freeland as the team new captain which will turn the page on the next chapter for the black and yellow.

The team will once again be lead up front by the `kiddie core`of Matthew Sisca, Anthony Nigro, and Mike Gaggi and the trio of brothers, Mauro, Claudio and Sandro Mignosa. Daniel Sisca will be the anchor for the defence and the goaltending which is always the most important facet on any team may be this team achilles heel.
Brampton Midnight Express
Is this the year that father time catches up to the Express? or have they just retooled and the championship must still go through them? This team still features many players from the championships of the late nineties, but have had added some of the games top players the last few years in Matthew Tremblett, Frankie Giustini and Matthew Martello. If all else fails this team still relies on David Di Gironimo in the net and two of better offensively skilled defensemen in Freddy Pereira and Marc Parravano.

The test for this team isnt will they compete, but rather can they get their full team out to the games, if they do they road may go through the Hawks.
Niagara Iron Men
This collection of men from the Dynamo, Stars and Guns will stymie and frustrate their opposition and if they can have the same success on special teams this team will again be a force. Mike Hedden and we hope to see Chris Risi make the trip down the QEW to continue to show us all the skill that is in the St. Catherines Ball Hockey League.
Vaughan Jets
The Jets are back and are one of the provinces longest standing organizations. The defence will be anchored by Rob Ciccolini, Frank Ferlisi, and Mike Verelli. The team upfront will be lead by Vito Tommasicchio, Ryan Young, Adriano Fiacconi and Fred DeFina who will need to score in order to keep this team in games, but ultimately the health of this team may determine how far the Jets travel towards the orange ball prize as with age comes injuries.

This will be bringing together players from the St. Mikes and the Danforth Demons and taking the best from each club. The St. Mikes powerplay, the Demons penalty killing, along with the character of the staff, they are heading into the right direction. The challenge will be for the management and coaching to put all these ingredients together very quickly and build on the winter semi finalist result as this team will provide strong competition for all opposition.
Thornhill Steelers
This team will look to bring back the championship by adding some scorers. They play tough defence lead by the goaltending and return of Paul Zarnett. The team looks to veterans Greg Chan, Matt Dowdle and Wes and Brandon Barbowski. The defence is anchored by the Rob Barbowski and Chris Manos. There biggest challenge may be just to get the players out to games, if they can the Steelers will make some noise in the league.
