New Referee Clinics for Youth New Referee clinics for Youth are for persons 13 years of age as of December 31st, 2011 that have never certified as an in the Ontario Ball Hockey Association Program. Successful graduates receive OBHA Year Bar Level 1 referee certification. Cost of the New Referee clinic for Youths is $35.00. Participants receive a OBHA Rulebook/Casebook, OBHA officiating manual, and an OBHA shoulder badge. The New Referee clinic for Youths involves a one day 8 hour classroom sessions. Participants must complete all components of this clinic to receive OBHA Level 1 certification. Participants should bring a pen and paper to the clinic. Refund/Cancellation Policy Cancellation/withdrawals less then 7 days prior to the clinic will not be refunded. Participants may reschedule for a future clinic at no charge provided that clinic is taken within 60 days from the date of the original clinic. |
