They came and played, and PLAYED ON……the Downsview Park 3 on 3 Ball Hockey Tournament hosted one hundred and fourteen teams on Saturday, January 30, 2010 as they constructed sixteen temporary rinks on the park grounds to facilitate the largest event to date in support of Shoot For A Cure.
The one-day winter festival included various activities, such as a silent auction, music and National Hockey league hall of Famer’s, Marcel Dionne and Dale Hawerchuk dropped in.
