Women’s C Holiday Classic Tournament

Ontario Mac’s Win ‘C’ Division Championship

Purple Reigns in Bradford as the Ontario Mac’s win another championship.  The team has been the benchmark to which many teams measure themselves against as they returned to tournament competition after winning the Ontario Ball Hockey Association Master’s Championship in August for the 8th time in nine years.

The team is based out of the Toronto Women’s Ball Hockey Association and unlike many that build and change players to win they keep the players the same and the team is like a family.

Thanks to their latest performance, the girls in purple finished the tournament in exciting fashion scoring with under ten seconds to play with a 2-1 win over the Durham Express.

In semi-final action, it was the Mac`s beating the North York Physiomobility 2-0 while the Express won over the Simcoe County Tiff`s 3-1.

Congratulations to all the women’s programs for their continued growth and development in all divisions of play and for their participation in the 2016 Holiday Classic Tournament.
