The event marks the end to the 2017 tournament season and sets the tone for the upcoming season.
The tournament began and ended with the same two teams as the Bullets from Alliston and Barrie 136 from the Simcoe County league tied 2-2 on Friday night and they were the only undefeated teams heading into the Championship Final.
There was had very little seperating the teams and in the end the winning goal was scored with less than three minutes to play as the Bullets would win 3-1 in the final. In semi final action the Bullets beat the Shocktop 3-2 in overtime and Barrie 136 advanced with a 4-0 over the Toronto Selects.
Congratulations to all the women’s program for their continued growth and development in all divisions of play and for their participation and look forward to seeing everyone at the 2018 Winter Classic in February.
