More than 220 Elementary School students on 14 teams from across Simcoe County participated in the May 13th, North Simcoe Grade 4, 5 & 6 Co-Ed Tournament in Midland.
Wyevale Central Public School got past Burkevale by a 4-3 score in a shoot-out to win the ‘A’ Championship while Saint-Louis doubled the score on Sacred Heart, 4- 2 in the ‘B’ Final.
These young students enjoyed the day with their friends competing for elementary school ball hockey bragging rights, which produced some exciting action.
Once again thanks to the teachers and school staff for making this day happen for these young student athletes.
