The Maple Leaf Cup 4vs4 Street Hockey Tournament will be hosted on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Jack Astors - Toronto Airport and deadline to register is September 15

All teams will be guaranteed three games and offers sixteen divisions for both genders, all skill levels, and all ages and the tournament will be hosted in the parking lots adjacent to Jack Astors with rinks set up 90 ft x 50 ft.

Teams must have a minimum of 5 players (1 Goalie and 4 Runners) and maximum of 9 players and entry fee is $550 ($100 will go directly to DEBRA and every player will receive a commemorative Maple Leaf Cup 4v4 Street Hockey Tournament commemorative t-shirt.

How to get registered:

2) The waiver must be signed by all players (for minors a parent or guardian must sign) and submit the completed form via email before the deadline

 

SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM AND ENTRY FEE WILL BE DUE THE WEEK AFTER THE DEADLINE
