This past weekend, ball hockey teams gathered at the Barrie Ball Hockey Club for the OBHA Men’s D Canada Cup 4v4 Championship and what a tournament!
After the round robin play, we had twelve teams advance to Championship Sunday setting up the Big 12 Elimination Round with the four winners joining the four division winners, Scarborough ML Warriors, Barrie Blue Line Bandits, Orillia Xposed and champions, Toronto Bandits.
The final was set with the traditional offence vs defence and it would be the Toronto Bandits holding down the potent offence of the Scarborough ML Warriors and winning 3-0 in the final.
Congratulations to all the teams for their participation in the 2021 Men’s D Canada Cup 4v4 Championships and we look forward to next weekend and the B & C Championships.
